Hagher Mountains

Zone

Hagher Mountains

Socotra's northern highlands, draped in cloud forest and rising to 1,500m. The primary biodiversity hotspot — endemic species are densest here, the air is cool, and mist clings to the peaks at dawn. Most visitors see this in passing; those who linger find it the most rewarding landscape on the island.
